My input would be do be hyped by all the expensive trainings out there although I did attend FlipAdvantage training (Tarak and Christina El Mousa) and learned a lot, but the coaches there looked at our situation and asked "why did you come to this training, seems like you have a plan and the funding to move forward?".

So far, they have been good, it took us 2 weeks to train them for our system, but after that, we just let them do their work and not really micro manage, they are good at that. 

So that made me wonder if the estate was still ongoing? 

giving students ongoing access to you is the key. 

If you are looking to become highly leveraged, have administrative and marketing support, get coaching and training and leads then the right team could make sense.

I thought it was strange that there were no recent comments on the free training site.

Otherwise if %6 is the ongoing rate i will discuss that with my agent and see if it seems fare.
