Life happens and the unexpected can happen.Watch out for salespeople that are looking to put you into a product that you may not need/want. 100%+ of first year premiums are paid out on commissions to agents.

Those products will most likely have higher interest rates. 

It would be wise to supply the lender the addresses of the properties so that they can determine in advance if they fit the geographic makeup that they lend on or if they would be considered too rural for their loan product.

This is a very simple and almost natural human response to such a situation.Now if this was a local trout stream that sees little pressure or an archery elk honey hole here in Idaho...then maybe I would have been a little more forgiving of your response to my initial message; etiquette and sportsmanship almost asks this of us at times.

i am have been ready to move on from SFH for some time, always believing the natural evolution would be to Multifamilies.

@Jason Morford construction Has a natural order of operations like, mechanicals first, then windows, then walls, painting….

We have followed the BRRRR method throughout, and always refi'd into the 30-year FNMA/FHLMC backed products; always in separate names to allow my wife and me to maximize that cheap money (you can each do 10 loans). 

I think it's human nature to seek low effort objects or success.
