this community is probably the best place to start, it was in 2018 when I started and still is in my mind.  1 up vote here for the central OH market during your considerations.

I got back in active duty, they offered my job back a year after being out. 

Keep in mind you are a real estate INVESTOR, not a Property collector.Second, you have to flip your cash from one property into the next, with each flip increasing the dollars you have to advance.
