It was a tough decision mentally  because they are often thought of as 'ambulance chasers', but the good ones really know what they are doing and mine has even been an emotional crutch so far! 

But now ready to be an active member in practice.I am a Real Estate Investor on the inside, waiting for my opportunity to walk into my passion and purpose.I am ready mentally to embark on this journey of entrepreneurship and shake the fears that have been holding me back for years.Looking forward to getting to know a community of like-minded individuals as we support each other in accomplishing our goals!

It has proven to be effective in achieving results for owners and maintains a "teammate" mentality with the tenants and owners alike.Ultimately, it comes down to what makes you comfortable.  

So lets dispense with the victim-hood mentality. 

While a successful RE investment pays for itself (either by tenants paying down your mortgage or by selling for a premium) taking on thousands of dollars of debt can be one of the biggest mental hurdles for new investors.

I think that if you find the right partner that understands the mentality of an investor and what their goal is and make sure those are established in the begininig it can work fine.

It took me 4 years to get to that place mentally where i felt i was comfortable with out of state tk investing.  

Once you're in a place that knows the truth, you'll feel so much better mentally and emotionally because you won't feel like you always have to be on guard about hiding something.
