I'd also like others to share their goals, and what they're thankful for, and any tips for me below ;)Progress Since Joining BPSince I first joined BP in March of 2011 from a referral from Johnson Hong, I have purchased 12 units (4plexes, duplex, SFHs) between 4 addresses by myself and with 2 different partners in the last 2 years, started a monthly meetup group in Oakland, and hosted a big RE Networking Summit in SF last weekend w/ about 200 other RE investors and 20 inspiring speakers and panelists from BP, mentored several newer investors, borrowed from and done deals with other BP members, and gained a huge network of wonderful people :) I was inspired to meet @Aaron Mazzrillo  ... and many more!!!

Well if your campaign has six touches (i.e. a yellow letter first then a month later a post card then a month  later another yellow letter) and you have your first touch in December, you'll see results around Feb-March when the weather is getting nicer.

You can also put an offer in late January for possession in March and then have it ready for renters in April.

Well here it goes have been nogotiating on property since March closed on June  5th, fixer upper in Etna Pa, subdivision of Pittsburgh PA, price 20000$ closing costs taxes etc, 2000$ repairs and labor 14000$.

It would not apply as well for the B and D product though and it certainly would vary based on the utility situation.
