On the other hand, an official page on the web was suggesting making minors non-voting members and passing them shares gradually (we are concerned because as foreigners we have a very low estate tax if one of us dies). 

A web site devoted to the property isn't difficult to create, and gives you an online presence if you aren't going to list it on the MLS.

I would be careful using a Tenants web site.  

I've tried but, the parties involved are all Mormon and work from a web of in-penetratable exposing this massive Racketeering/fraud.This is means of acquiring massive amounts of real estate leaving their family on the streets with no means to fight them.

However, if you were to post a job listing on a web page for janitorial services, you would probably get some responses for $10 - $15 / hour (maybe even less in some areas of the country).
