I made an urgent request to obtain a duplicate key to the common area (note that this key is required to be able to enter my condo unit), and the property manager has not delivered the keys 7 days later, in spite of letting him know this is urgent.

The key is if you are working on something that will eventually lead you to the greater things you are seeking.

He couldn't believe it, after some words, I got the keys and drove off!
