I have finally given her instructions that she is only allowed to speak with my general contractor or myself, not to any of the other contractors, and the next issue that arises that is not a real problem I am going to tell her politely that it just doesn’t seem like she’s happy with me as the owner and perhaps she should think about moving somewhere else.

I give that to tenants with their move out instruction documents so they are informed ahead of time.
