It appears like you are doing the reconciliation incorrectly since the journal entry created by the system usually pops up when you are forcing the account to balance.

Because, if you handle the eviction process incorrectly and do it your own way, or take matters into your own hands, it could mean, a law suit against you.

There are some in here who will assert incorrectly that it's their house and they should be able to select anyone they want.
