By a lot.If I were hunting, I would find a nicer house that is vacant with long DOM and had a price drop of 10%+.   

I wanted to deviate out and try utilizing a different real estate method and see where it goes.The reason why I am asking for buyers in the area is because I felt, if I can find them, then hunt down the properties, I could see what they would pay for it then reach out to the seller and go from there.

We joined the State LL Association and between them and BP we get all the support we need and have no problem managing we could do a few more and are constantly on the hunt for additional assets.Don't underestimate what all you need to know and do managing your own stuff.

Sometimes people hunt out a good deal and mistake a low price for a good deal.

At that point I wasn't interested in real estate but during house hunting to rent homes I came across Frontenac Property Management, Highpoint, and Keystone.

If inventory is low, you may get it rented quickly if it shows well, but a family with as many people as nee da 5 bedroom will always be on the hunt fo are house with more than one bath.
