I have some General Contractors I know in the area I partner with to help new investors get financing and flip houses.

Plus, it gets people coming to you looking to sell their house instead of you chasing them.

Also I am considering purchasing a yearly plan and request for a prorated refund once I flip the house.

Are you comfortable having someone wandering around your house?

We could sell this one, purchase the new house with a couple of small rentals but I do not believe we could get a similar cash-flow.

My largest concern is that as we go lower in rate, housing supply will ultimately be unlocked putting downward pressure on rents/asset prices. 

Hello = jumping in on this thread; I'm a longtime rehabber and housing provider in NE Ohio. 

In an article I read Michael Galpen of B of A says the housing market is stuck til at least 2026 if not longer.
