This is not a topic that I hear about a lot, but Ive been sent Marina for sale:-holds 75 boats-pavilion area-huge garage (steel bldg. presumably for winter heated storage for boats)-large fenced in storage area-asking $160kI am honestly wondering about the liability aspect of the water, does anyone have experience with this?

I recently bought a short sale house in the Bronx and had it renovated and ready to rent out, until ConEd refused to turn on the heat which had been shut off since last April because the previous owner did not pay the bills.

The old Romex is not safe to use with fixtures which generate significant heat (ie. pot lights), so be on the lookout for that.I looked at a house just last week which had been wired with General Electric BradX 12/2 Pb NMD-3 wiring.
