You could ask the borrower for a copy of their statement but that's just the principle balance you will get, if they give it to you, not the payoff.

It's one or the other.If you plan to be legit, and 1099 anyone who works for you, then your workers comp/general liability policy holder will need a copy of their insurance policies.

If it all comes back within the parameters we look for then we collect the $3900 option fee, first month's rent, and deposit, and they sign the lease agreement and the option agreement which gets notarized and they get copies of both.
