That puts you in a suit fighting for reinstatement and a judicial foreclosure.

He MIGHT have tried to fight it but the impetus at least would have been on him to fight it.

I also used to stand outside landlord/tenant court and hand out business cards to the landlords fighting with their tenants outside the courtroom - it was definitely entertaining!

Better towns just stay flat, and nothing sells.My advice to everybody - fight local governments - otherwise NJ scenario will be everywhere!
