The other 50% are the ones trying to pass off junk as deals. 

The property passed inspection and is already insured, but it's good to know exactly what the gaps are.

Verify that property passes the Self Sufficiency test *this is a rule for multi family properties purchased using FHA.

I called the local PIA and they do not cover anything that does not pass inspection before closing.
