In similar fashion, if you invest in Class A apartment buildings chances are you'll see single digit IRR  because there technically is not much more upside in that investment. 

It takes about 5 weeks for a determination letter from them.

I now have a letter from the county stating they will issue a permit to build a single-family residence on my 4 acre lot. 

They claim it's discrimination to ask for id and that I am assuming they are illegal immigrants because I wrote them a letter in Spanish to give them options.

The East Bay Area address at the bottom of my preapproval/approval letter & my office's local reputation might play a role in that, or it might not, I really do not have a way to quantify that.

A lot of realtors will send a letter to buy the house and have a P.S. at the bottom of the letter saying "I am also a realtor if you would like to list your home instead."

They can provide you a loan letter that states the average time to close a loan and give the maximum amount you qualified for.

PM's want 10% of the Rents and charge you for each telephone call, like my lawyer and $100 for each letter.
