That's what the question you need to think from their perspective.Few smart enough to do mentorship by subscription but not many sign up because it's investment involved.

There's a lot involved in learning and understanding a market and establishing a trusted and reliable team in that new market. 

Hello everyone, I will not be able to attend the REIA that was mentioned in this thread this time but would like to get involved in the future meetings.

I have been involved in multiple situations that required it and it can be a long process. 

All of these different options involve taking different risk versus the projected return.

I’m not sure if that is doable since a bank is involved.

That it’s a sliding scale of passive versus completely involved. 

There will be MANY people involved, serving many different roles as you already know.My second piece of advice would be to find a property where you can force appreciaton & rents through capital expendetures. 

I know it’s not that simple, but I have no connections to anybody that is involved with rental properties or anybody that has financial freedom.
