My colleague in some meetings is quite and introverted, but he is the brains behind the effort of coordinating all the design details, but I am the one managing the flow of the meetings to be sure efforts are on track and asking the probing questions to turn over each rock. 

I am in the process of buying property out of state and have run into a series of challenges with the law firm I've been using.

If so, what is the process.

We like parks with lot rent that is on the lower side of average.4)  Most parks have a process for approving your tenants.Further, we own a Park and do allow investors to rent out their homes (we have 2 currently).  

Our plan was to do an ADU garage conversion (I know, super original), rent it out Short term / Med term, and then spruce up the main house after a couple of years of the ADU income.So, we started the ADU permitting process right away…The main house was livable but very old.

Any area that's designated for short-term leasing will just get swallowed up.  

I am in the process of evicting someone, but I am unsure how to report the eviction on the credit report along with money owed.

One downfall is 203K is not a super easy program when it comes to processing and time frame.

Does anyone have experience with this process and care to share how much of a lift (or decline) they saw after making the switch?
