Waiting 7 years is a joke for those of us who want to become wealthy.

Also, I disagree with the assertion that the only way for blue collar to build wealth is through homes.

I’d suggest buy and hold if the wealth is to be passed on. 

Foreign countries (or foreigners )buying up our real estate has national security implications nor to mention if this happens on a large scale and long enough it will negatively our American culture as a whole .

This house is not making you wealthy.

But we know one thing for sure- wealth is going to change hands because opportunity is always born out of chaos, so said Sun Tzu.

Thanks for posting Brian.It almost seems like this bill, while devastating to the true commercial players or wealthy folks with properties well in excess of 5 million, it will benefit regular mom and pop ppl like me who don't own 8 figure-like properties....and also do not really need any additional handouts.

Mix in a little COVID, California's crazy governor, and sprinkle in social media and boom thousands of people (wealthy) moved there. 

It is not a long term investment.Your best path to wealth is buy and hold real estate using leverage.
