He over stayed the agreement, I went to evict and he found a "Social Justice Attorney", both seller & attorney were minorities, (I'm just a rich old white guy to them) and they sued me saying he never sold the property and the Warranty Deed was a forgery.

I use a real state agent, their able to screen (credit, criminal) the tenants and show the apartment without interrupting my schedule.

It simply means tenants (occupants) of the property are responsible, pay on-time, and don't damage the property, don't indulge in criminal activities or violence nor pose threats).

Military towns attract a criminal element. 18-20 year old men that have a consistent income and few responsibilities are going to entertain themselves.If you have strippers, you get hookers, you get pimps, you get drugs, you get theft, you get gangs, you get murders etc.
