Jumbo loan rates a couple years ago actually dropped below the conforming loan rates for awhile.

Mind you, this was a couple of days AFTER we said we would be interested at the 125 mark...And yes, I essentially waited them out.

Hi everyone, I'm a freshman in high school and 14 years old about to turn 15 in a couple of months, I'm also very eager to learn a lot about real estate!

Then begin my investing journey with a couple of small deals  or a big one if it makes sense and build from there. 

Maybe we are too many generations removed form cold hearted landlords kicking families out in the middle of night with a couple of bully-boys with clubs.

And I can say the flood zone, which used to end a couple of blocks south of me, now ends on the street in front of my backyard neighbor's yard.

I hope to acquire many more properties in the next couple of years and I'd love to start out on the right footThank you so much in advance for any advice given!  

I flew up for a few days and met a couple of agents, and actually walked the property I'm in escrow on although I didn't get to go in, because it was pending at the time.
