Within walking distance to public transportation, retail; close to medical and education facilities.  

Currently looking at 2 different storage facilities and expenses are considerably less than the 50%.

Twice as homage to Bush.3- Keep the unaffiliated around to perpetuate the species but don't let them handle anything more complex then cooking, don't educate them, it is a waste of time.Woman takes over the country!

Well I just found out from tenant's daughter that tenant is going to an assisted living facility.

Neighborhoods that are in or near parks, waterways, upscale shopping areas, better school districts and near medical facilities need to be looked at as well as the turnover of that inventory.Your financing ability is critical, banks are going to be pretty leery of a new contractor with no experience in the community.

We lightly rehabbed that unit and quickly rented it for $2200 (the others rent for 1900) the four plex I actually rent all of the units to one client which is a residential treatment facility at a rate that is....let's just say well above average lol

I cook from scratch most of the time to feed my monstrous family with 5 young kids.

They all cook up the numbers especially when they are planning to sell.

Complaints ranging from loud music, door slamming at all hours of the day and night, calling the other tenants horrible names, etc...Today I received a phone call from the tenant in Unit 4 saying that he believes the tenant in Unit 3 is "cooking dope" because they've been smelling something horrible in the middle of the night.
