The risk, obviously is that if an inspection reveals something major, it could delay and further complicate their ability to sell the property.So I cannot buy the property until I have the inspection that I'm not allowed to have.... ?

The part that had me puzzled was that he was going to have his title company send the funds to buy a property I hadn't closed on yet so it would have complicated things a little.

@Michael Hurdle If you involve a realtor with your whoesale deal, you more than likely will be paying the realtors fee out of your assignment price, wether you charge more for the deal or still sell the deal for the same price you have it currently marketed at, is up to you.I do not think it will complicate the deal to much at closing, but you have to make sure that your title company is on board.
