If you had to choose between Michael Quarles' Gold Coaching Or Sean Terry's new Flip2Freedom Academy 3.0, which would you choose and why?

@Ernesto Hernandez  Have a pretty extensive posting with a lot of good commenetary  in this thread I started about a year ago.Michael Quarles Gold Coaching 

and once you find out his 'coaching' is a crock of crap.. he keeps your money.

Michael, you're in the business of getting people to pay you to coach them, mentor them or show them fantasic ways to do deals, so It's smoke a mirrors, hype and something that gains attention.

I babysat, cleaned roofs, coached soccer and did other old ball jobs to make money till I finished high school.

I'm a skeptic by nature and I'm really skeptical about most pay-for-play RE coaches, mentors, and/or gurus.

Also, some people actually provide coaching or consulting but you here people bash them as calling them guru's.

Sorry to say this, but with a question like do you really think you should be classifying yourself as "Real Esate Coach" as you do in your profile?

They are trained, coached and mentored to be GREAT Real Estate Investors.ThanksDan Schemerhorn

I'm only in my late 30's, I don't think I'm that old :)Maybe if I gave you a little insight about myself you will better understand where I'm coming from.When my kids were younger I was a head coach for my son for 3seasons, & 1 as an Assistant Coach and for my Daughter I was a head coach for 1 year.
