You should list with your agent just make him or her promise you that they’ll host at least two open houses a month and do professional photos you like.

@Lucas Carl   is probably the nicest host out of all of us, he's all talk just to make us laugh!

They need to be able to access it so cloud based would be best.

i am hosting one, and will go to another 4,  probably go to 5 tomorrow as well.
