And everything in between.Indy within 465 is very neighborhood specific and even varied quite a bit within neighborhoods. 5 blocks could vary in value by hundreds of thousands.That said, there are some outlying zip codes on the border of Marion county that are much less varied and more homogenous.

If you hire a GC they will most likely want to order materials, just know what you are paying for- also if there are certain things you want to tackle like bathroom vanities, appliances or kitchen cabinets then you can certainly order those yourself if you happen to get a better deal .When I first got started it took a lot of bidding out to find the right people.

I also just started marketing 4 days ago but studied hundreds of hours. 

By the way $1,000 was a completely random number that we chose, we had no idea what we should expect in terms of profit but a few hundred per month didn't seem like it would be worth it.
