@Trevor Aydelott Elk City is heavily reliant on the oil industry for its economic life blood, and tends to boom and bust along with it.

They may have a cell phone but that's all they use it for is phone calls and maybe pictures. 

They have multiple points of contact and I outlined them for them in cell, emergency cell, email and home address.

It seems crazy to have two separate cell phones and accounts for this.

Alas, it is 2014 and such rituals have been replaced by less grisly formalities: the attorneys unsheathed their cell phones, unleashed their silver tongues, and spared toward a civil solution.To add more detail, the seller’s agent told @Brie Schmidt  that the tenants are not to be informed or “tipped off” by us as to the (alleged in their eyes) toxic mold presence in the unit.

I am not beating her up in any way, but it made my blood run cold.

*enough saidOnce I was fully out of Memphis, I was finally able to sleep soundly.Deals are abound, but terrible tenants and blood sucking PM's and so called "Investment Firms" abound as well.Sticking to what I know, in area's I know, is what I'm all about now.  

I never arm them, but I use it's notification features when my STR is not booked and it notifies my cell within seconds if a motion sensor or door is opened. 

Currently, I use part of the rent excess to pay my monthly car note and cell bill.My potential partner is successful in the CO concessions industry but I am not too how savvy he is in REI.
