I believe everyone is genuine.. plus just to busy to worry about this stuff half the time 

I believe you'll get just about as good of a rate at little to no origination costs.

I'm being over cautious here and believe there to be no law but want to be cert.

I would be hesitant to put one in though unless the tenants have brought it up with you, or you truly believe it will add tremendous value to your property.

I believe a couple years ago, they cut the compensation $ to mobile notary officers as well as to realtors. 

My properties were in Detroit and believe it or not, their court system was fair. 

The other option I looked at was GroundFloor which I found in the bigger pockets directory here for crowd funding, however I believe the interest rate will be high since this is a 0 exp flip.However, my father has been running a contracting business for a very long time and he will be my main resource when flipping these first few when it comes to the rehab portion.

I have reason to believe that ours was the best offer - traded as a portfolio in the end…It sure seems that vast majority of assets are trading as portfolios now days, which makes sense.

Another key factor with Plymouth is that they've added to on-campus housing and have plans for more I believe, so potentially a tougher market for student landlords. * Make sure anything you buy in Plymouth is allowed to have student housing in it, the town has been cracking down on this and many of the downtown neighborhoods have had enough of the partying of students in residential areas etc.
