If it's what I think, be cautious about the advice you receive there.   

Additionally, you can get section 8 in there, and you have gov't money coming in paying their mortgage.Follow this sage advice, you'll have over a million dollars in real estate within 2 years pulling in around $6000 a month. 

I am working as a consultant part-time so I have the ability to set aside time each day for research, meetings, etc.I don't necessarily need a lot of cash flow on the front end but would like to "get the ball rolling" to start building equity.Any advice on how to get started is greatly appreciated, thanks!
