It’s always nice to offer local insight from a Realtor, however as an investor myself I like to let others know about our market and how I see things moving. 

In addition, I rehabbed my bathroom and kitchen myself in my primary condo.

Additionally, cash flow can easily disappear if you need to repair a roof or HVAC system.
