My primary market is Nashville, TN and my secondary market is New York City.

The buyer is MIA and if there is a deed that can be recorded to restore title back to the original seller/borrower, that would be my first step.

in new york city, agents usually collect their fee from the renter. however their are also plenty of scenarios where the landlord pays the commission, anywhere from half-month to a full month rent.

In New York City, the laws are so pro-tenant that it takes months to get rid of non-paying tenants.
