Again, my brother didn't understand what he was signing, and in fact he never heard of a 1031 before.In the end, and almost immediately after my brother signed the documents, the buyer backed out over what we considered to be almost frivolous reasons to escape the contract.

I had a situation where my bag was stolen from the airport (many years ago; hence the reason I no longer check luggage), and they wanted to give me a paltry amount, but I showed my receipts from some expensive items, and they were forced to pay that amount, so documentation is key.

Hi,I've been advised that licensed Real Estate agents are able to download information from the MLS relating to sales to cash buyers over the last 3 - 6 months (or more).I wonder if one of the REA's reading this might be kind enough to provide me with a sample of a list from any state, just so I can see what it looks like - I'm trying to build a spreadsheet and need to use the format in a sample to build one.Ideally I'd like the following information if at all possible, in either .csv or .xls (.xlsx) format.

The sellers agent will review the contract & supporting documents prior to submitting it to the seller for review so they can explain the offer seller correctly.

This document states that their rent is past due and their contract is cancelled and they have 3 days to vacate the premises.These time frames are all stipulated by Nebraska law, so you'll have to see what Tennessee requires.

I am closing a deal this Friday and the sellers settlement attorneys have issued me a Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act notice stating the following "In compliance with the GLBA, we are providing you with this document, which notifies you of the privacy policies and practices of Investors Title Insurance Company and (Firms name), Attorneys at Law."
