Are there any opportunities to redesign the layouts, such as by knocking out some walls, and perhaps making larger units?

J Scott, Example: My last bathroom remodel ended up after starting the project had floor rot that you could not see from the surface and a water leak in the wall.

I work for a compnay called MultiGroups based on Wall Street in NYC.

Every room/many walls various colors: Brownish/gold 13" floor tile, lavender, beiges, golds, butterscotches, cocoas.

When you drive by, walk up to the house and take a look for potential deficiences - missing siding, a sagging roof, foundation/chain wall/visible pier and sill issues.

The walls look very nice--I'm glad I had it all done.

All I did was paint the walls and clean the carpets!
