As you're focusing on buy & hold, is your primary target single doors or multiple doors?

We focus solely in the Springs and have done a few BRRRs there.

Focus on analyzing the deal and see if it makes sense for you.

Hi Csilla, I am an agent in KC and only focus on MF.

There are definitely major differences - PM's that are absolutely focused on communication, are more hands-on, etc. 

My focus will be mainly on tax liens and tax deeds.

Focusing on income over appreciation as this is our retirement, although my wife and I have several non-RE streams of income. 

Long-term I am looking for a contractor who I can take care of construction, while I focus on sourcing deals and raising capital.
