I would highly recommend you sell and do a 1031 exchange into something that will produce income, like a rental property.

Why are you charging for a service call for things that are landlord issues? 

With a cash-out refinance DSCR loan, you would be pulling out about $300k out of property A, and $73k out of property B with rates in the mid 6's at the moment

It's so easy to have some magnetic signs hanging around to throw on your other vehicle if you want to go do a bid and not take your big ole truck.I have no answer as to why they don't take advantage of this.....it's just dumb (maybe there's your answer :-) I have the company name on 3 out of 4 work trucks .

It also sounds like this is a newer venture for you so unless you have a key partner with experience banks will also factor that into their loans.
