Listing broker with prior lease deals

Expired Listings, FSBO, Preforeclosures? 

That's where a lot of the rental listings from smaller operators went when Zillow started charging. 

When signing up, GR is the closest metro, they don't give an option to list your actual location.

**Potential Bias**: Brokers may have an incentive to provide a higher valuation in the hopes of winning the listing to represent the property sale[5].4.

If this property has been "listed' or "sold" within the past few years, chances are you will see the old listing. 

I just renewed my SAM.gov status and am seeking to apply to some of the listed leasing bids, but wanted to understand more on whether it's common to acquire them as tenants through subleasing, informing the owner & getting authority to lease, or I'd have to own the commercial/residential property out-right?

Anyways I'm building up a vocab list and a more comprehensive useful insights list and will joyfully add it to this thread or possibly start a new thread and link you to it once it's more thorough.

We have a bigger turnover repair list but the hassle of fixing it today isn't worth it.
