And many if not all of them started in their hometown or area they live in.So please, do not pay a Guru $15,000 (yes I have seen these crazy figures) to tell you to buy out of state or some other fancy RE "trick."

Think about what would happen if you ever have to face a lawsuit in such country against a local.
