And I also am not looking to get into a deal if those major expenses like a roof, or piping, or what have you is about to go bad and I'll have an inspector to let tell me that.

Hey BP I'm trying to get started on my first deal, I just need a couple of referrals for an inspector and GC maybe specialized in multifamily?

I do not want to be an inspector.

You need to check out the property personally and if you don't have much experience in doing that you need to hire a house inspector and pest control person to do the inspections for you before you close. 

Any guidance on finding the right professionals (lawyers, accountants, agents, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) to board your "dream team" to accompany you as well?

So he calls the block layer and sets him back , then calls the inspector and complains . ( dumb move) A week later the inspector comes out and fails the footers........why ?
