Is it code to install the water shutoff and run the supply water lines in the cold storage in the basement?

The facility is 70,181 sf, which will be converted into 50,000 sf of net rentable climate controlled storage.  

My original plan was to upgrade the 10 unit by renovating each unit and adding parking and storage.

I've made some good money turning some properties and put the profits back into a few that I'm keeping... mainly my boat & rv storage facility.

In self-storage, an A Class facility in a Primary Market (think multi-story, full climate controlled, in a city like Phoenix) might be considered a 5 cap.

Looking for guidance on rural Self Storage facility in 185,600 person county.

Normally i charge the application fee to the applicant, except for military in which i cover the fee. the thing i like about this service is you dont have to handle any of the applicants personal information or SSN. i do believe that if you take applicants PII and SSN you are required to have secure storage and prove you are keeping their information secure.

I read about how in Philadelphia - for example - the sheriff will "often require the owner to provide four movers, a twenty-four foot moving truck, and storage for the squatter"!!
