greetings pocketeersdid a quick google search and found there are firms out there that offer blanket loans. it seems a lot of these companies cater to RE investors, small and large.

I've heard they'll require a pretty detailed business plan and projections, and they tend to cater to people that go to the SCORE meetings.

. :-) (one of many possible solutions to the housing shortage)I should think those people who do exist will continue to need the basics: food, water, shelter.
