Best case scenario, you have someone homeless or dry docking your parking lot who realizes they got caught and will roll on, worst case, you have someone with a mental/emotional attachment to your parking lot and building, that if not handled properly could intensify that in the future.

Definitely reason to pause, but if the inspection says there is no mold and that the floor and walls/ceiling are dry (this is important that the walls/ceiling are dry), then it may very well be an old problem.
