We're doing direct mail in that market and it is VERY competitive.

Al Florida and Shep ( he owned Shepard Cadiallac..) those guys took cash in suit cases had loaded pistols drove Rolls and intimidated the hell out of the competition but that was then and now is now..

I guess if anyone is wondering, it's costs $120/sf to build in Maryland...maybe that number will scare off my competition... :-)

If there's already a high percentage of rentals, I wouldn't go for the area because there'll be so much other competition.

City or county permits might be required depending on the work.Fix what you need to fix to make it functional and competitive for the market jt is in.

Too many agents see investors as their competition instead of actively finding new ways to work with them.

For those of you who market for your own deals, are you seeing increased competition from the big companies?
