I know Anahiem is out of the way of San Diego but we use a company called Discount Window Co in Anahiem by angels stadium, and the windows are great quality for very cheap.

If so, that may illuminate specific prompts for a discount.

A wholesale house would be one that is available at a significant discount from that desired by a regular home-buyer, a retail house.

The second example will present incorrectly if using excel function because the first years investment will be discounted, presenting a higher IRR.
