It could use some cosmetic upgrades over the next two years but nothing major, we are thinking Air B and B down the road as the plan is to hold for the long term. #2 is the goal for the rest of the year!

I posted this in the DIY forum but perhaps it will yield better results here.Before I settle on Lowe’s / Home Depot, I wanted to find out what other same-type local stores exist in the Catonsville, Glen Burnie or near that carry things like door knobs/ hinges, HVAC registers, kitchen cabinet hardware, light fixtures and even appliances.I don’t live in the area any longer and have not for many years and the area stores have changed so much.It’s a whole house upgrade and while I have settled the cabinets and flooring - it’s the other little things that I now need to consider.

I would like to get out then and upgrade to a new property either in Syracuse or elsewhere.

Other capital improvements include a roof deck, new windows, new roof and upgraded common areas.

Things like a broken AC for 2 weeks doesn’t really fit into that category.

This deal will be a value add deal where we can add about $2.5k per unit in upgrades and raise rents $50-100.
