Some applicants may cry foul but they will not have any proof to support that claim.Do I care, am I worried ....No because there is zero proof I am violating any human rights codes.

I'm Mitchell Abel, currently a Junior at the University of Kentucky.

I also love how close it is to all of the universities in downtown Newark which will give students (primarily graduate students which also makes me feel better as there will probably be less weekday beer pong tournaments) easy access to the city on weekends and class on weekdays!

Our property is only .5 miles from the university so most likely our tenants will be students. 

I don't have the income or market to support strictly appreciation investments either.
