@Clarence Green what's your unique selling proposition to differentiate your wholesaling business?

After updating and removing the emerald green shag carpet and orange laminate countertops (ugh), it currently rents for $750 a month.

If the rehab doesn't add enough value to pay your guy off and still be in the green, it doesn't seem like much of a deal to me. 

The other thought is double drywall with acoustic sealant (green glue) in between.
