The great thing about the podcasts and the book is they generally suggests other reading material to help expand your knowledge on the subject.Lastly, I would suggests setting up "wholesaling" as a keyword alert notification.

Unless you have good connections with REO agents, you're going to have a tough time getting decent multifamily deals on the MLS, especially at wholesale price.  

It is tough for new folks to get started in a hot market.  

Also, you can have 2 apts buildings with the same square footage and same materials, but one can cost a lot more than the other because of how they're designed/layed out, so you need someone who has actually built an apt building involved in the design phase.  

I joined BP because it has great learning materials and I want to start new friendships. 

Investing is a tough business no matter what anyone tells you.
