The other structure that came long in 2004 in response to wall street wanting a product to access 1031 money was blessed as the Delaware Statutory trust.  

But also consider that many Section 8 tenants work little to none, some haven't worked in years, and they will be home all day every day causing a lot more wear on a home than someone at work forty plus hours a week.I finally found a decent person who actually had a job, seemed fairly responsible, and was trying to get off of the government feedbag.

We need responsible people with honor, integrity and commitment in leadership.

Tenant is responsible after that.

Also informed her that dead bolt lock may have brock and need her permission to have locksmith enter the premises but still no response from her.

I am looking for duplexes in the 100-200k range in a good neighborhood that will produce an abundant pool of responsible, trustworthy, and creditworthy tenants.
