We're hoping to rent a unit to an employee of a company- Basically, the company is assuming the costs of the rental and paying for it for their employee to stay in it.

Neighborhood vs vacancy: Some areas that are marked very safe e.g. west central and north central (Amwell, Hillsborough etc) have properties that stay in the market for a very long time.

Also if there are ones I should stay away from, that would be much appreciated also.
