Every now and then they have another guide we can read for free to get some concepts down.Personally, I've read many books, listened to tapes and cd's, attended seminars, and webinars, and even had a license for several years.I think of 2-3 online YouTube mentors that I really liked and think you might want to start there Steph Davis and wholesaling, Phil Pustejovsky on Creative finance, and Ron LeGrand for Owner Finance, Lease Options, Subject to, of Pretty Houses!

If I were to stay close to a college location though, I would want to stay around CSU.I probably would not be able to find anything, I am guessing, under the $!

Check out the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide and then once you've finished that, read "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller and "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow" by Frank Gallinelli. 

I can handle all of his questions in regards to Brockton, Fall River, Worcester and Springfield although I would strongly recomend he stay away from Springfield as it is truly depressed.

He's good so he stays busy, and he may have a 2-3 week wait time.

Keep your head up, stay positive and you can achieve great things. 

I try to stay in the nicer areas.
